Chicago
Crystal Ball Dancesport
Competition.
We are
thrilled, fortunate and excited
about this opportunity. Our goal
is to carry on the great
tradition of this event by
providing a friendly,
professional atmosphere for
exciting atmosphere for dancers
and spectators from across the
U.S. and Canada.Gregory Day and
Tommye Giacchino, have succeeded
in establishing this popular
competition in Chicago and due
to their capabilities the
CRYSTAL BALL
flourished
and became a great event in the
Midwest,
one not to be missed.
Ron was formerly a
co-organizer of the Southwest
Regional Dance Tournament
competition in
San Diego
and along with his wife Karla,
are organizers of the San Diego
Dance Camp. Ron is a seven time
national champion with over
forty years in the business as a
teacher, coach, adjudicator,
choreographer and TV host. He
and Karla bring their combined
talents and experience coupled
with enthusiasm to this new
adventure. Our dream now is to
take the CRYSTAL BALL to new
levels of popularity and
excitement.
The media attention
for dancing throughout the world
is at an all time high. People
are more and more interested in
Latin and Ballroom dancing.
There are more dance schools and
more students of all levels of
dance. “Chicago’s Crystal
Ball Dancesport Competition”
will continue to remain a most
prestigious place in the Midwest
for student dancers who’s goals
are to come and have fun, for
professional dancers to compete
for prize monies, and perform
for terrific audiences and for
spectators who love to social
dance and watch beautiful
dancing.
